Mitihoon – Tidlor Holdings Public Company Limited, or Tidlor Holdings (TIDLOR), led by Mrs. Athitaya Phoonwathu, Managing Director, together with Miss Chaweemas Yamyim, GM-Loan Business Group, and Mr. Charnrit Sookplang, Deputy GM-Insurance Broker Business Group, brought together senior management team and 480 leaders nationwide for TIDLOR OPEN BOX 2026. Held for the third consecutive year, the annual leadership summit took place under the theme “Beyond Execution: Take Ownership.” The event provided an opportunity to share the Group’s business direction ahead of the final quarter of the year. It also encouraged leaders to move from execution to taking ownership of shared success, helping drive quality and sustainable growth in line with the Group’s goals.
At the event, Mrs. Athitaya shared a key message with the leaders. As the business grows and its range of financial products becomes more diverse, a sense of ownership is essential to sustaining quality growth. This means looking beyond individual performance targets and areas of responsibility, caring about the work as if it were their own, and working together to deliver tangible results while remaining committed to the purpose of creating financial opportunities for people.
The management team also reviewed the Group’s performance during the first half of the year amid a challenging economic environment. The Group continued to pursue quality growth: its lending business maintained asset quality at a well-managed level, while its insurance brokerage business grew faster than the overall market. In particular, the positive response to its recently introduced life insurance products demonstrated the insurance brokerage business’s important role as a second growth engine for Tidlor Holdings. This growth goes hand in hand with the Group’s purpose of creating financial opportunities and expanding access to insurance protection for the public.
In addition, the event highlighted the establishment of the Corporate Strategy & Investment Section and introduced Mr. Thianthan Chalermsaphayakorn, Chief Strategy Officer, Corporate Strategy & Investment Section. With more than 25 years of knowledge and experience, he will help strengthen Tidlor Holdings by supporting corporate strategy, investment, the development of new business opportunities, and partnerships. His role will be important in advancing the Group’s strategy.
